The Atal Tinkering Lab at Ryan International School sector 25 , Rohini celebrated the ATL Community Day at the school premises promoting educators and learners to tinker, collaborate and showcase their innovative skills. Children from local community and various neighborhood schools were invited to be a part of this day with an aim to foster creativity in the next generation of Crafters and engineers. The eventful day started with various Tinkering activities under the guidance of our Student Mentors Ishita kapur from DTU and Mehul Samrat from Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology. Various models made by students were displayed. The working models showed the extravaganza of creativity and innovation at its best. It was a fun filled learning day for the children. The chief guest for the day were our Mentors of Change Ms.Ananya Chandra, Innovation Professional and Prof.Manan Suri from IIT Delhi. They sensitised the students with the use of IOT using India’s first AI DIY kit designed specifically to make handling of IOT easier for students. It was extremely fruitful session that helped all the students to learn and closely analyse the usage of AI in their innovative ways. The event became a huge success with appreciations pouring from both the parents and mentors as well.
