    What curriculums do you offer?

Ryan Schools across India offer the following curriculums - CBSE, ICSE, IB & IGCSE, SSC

    What is the procedure for taking internal transfer?
  • Ryan International Group has over 140+ schools across 40 + cities in India as well as in the UAE in Sharjah and Abu Dhabi.
  • Parents can avail inter-ryan transfers by first checking with the Ryan school nearest to their new place/city.
  • Then they can apply for Inter Ryan transfer at the current school and the concerned school will check the seat availability in the proposed school.
  • Post an internal approval, the parents pay the differential fees and the student can join school again.
    What is the Teacher: Student ratio in your school?
  • The teacher student ratio is Grade 1 to 12 is 1: 25 and KG 1/2 is 2:20
    In case of Inter Ryan Transfer in the middle of the academic year, is there any difference in syllabus?
  • No monthly syllabus is centralized, even examination dates remain the same for the same state.
    What are the modes of payment of School Fees?

Term fees/transport fees etc. can be paid via Cheque, debit/credit card or online via Ryan Parent App-Mobile or Desktop and ADCB Mobile application

    Does the school have any counselors?
  • Yes, we have a team of in-house counsellors comprising of certified psychologists and school counsellors who help students dealing with learning issues, emotional and mental disorders
  • Counsellors also regularly counsel students and parents on 1-2-1 basis and conduct workshops, seminars with parents and students ensuring the emotional and mental well-being of the children
    How do you deal with a child who is unable to meet the academic expectation or is a below average child?
  • After every term ends, we review the performance of each student.
  • We conduct remedial classes for students who need support and monitor their performance until after the next set of exams.
  • We also check if these students have extraordinary abilities/interest in sports, music etc. If so, we encourage them and provide a conducive environment for them to progress in that field.
    How can parents be connected to the school? Or how approachable is your school to the parent?

1. Through Ryan Parent App

  • Using the Ryan Parent App - Mobile and Desktop, parents and children can access the attendance, announcements, syllabus, homework, assignment, projects, exam and test datasheets.
  • Parents can interact with the teacher and vice versa to be aware of the child's academic performance.

2. Through Social Media:

  • Parents can like their child’s School’s Facebook page and follow them for regular updates.

3. Through personal meeting:

  • Parents can visit the school and meet the class teacher/subject teacher or principal on designated date and time.
  • PTM (Parent Teacher Meeting): After every term end, parents are encouraged to visit the school and review their child’s performance with the class teacher and section head.
    What are your safety policies and regulations followed by the schools?

The School abides by all Rules and Regulations as prescribed by SPEA and at all times gives first priority to the safety, health and hygiene of the students and ensures a system of emergency preparedness.

  • The school has a dedicated NEBOSH (National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health) certified EHS (Environment Health & Safety) Officer
  • Over 100+ CCTV cameras are installed across the campus to keep a check & cover the entire premises
  • The School has contractual agreements with Fire & Safety Agencies whom are approved by the Sharjah Government authority, they are responsible for periodic inspections of all fire safety equipment and standards that need to be maintained
  • Emergency Evacuation drills / Fire drills are conducted at a regular interval
  • The maintenance staff conduct general building upkeep and are responsible for periodic inspections of fire safety equipment
  • Fire exits are prominently displayed and explained to the students and staff during the drills
  • The school strives to increase awareness of risks, prevent injuries, address unsafe or unhealthy conditions, and assist and advocate for staff dealing with any building environmental issues by organizing workshops for students and parents
  • Frequent workshops are conducted in the schools which motivate students to follow hygiene and health care in their routines. Additionally, regular interactions are organized with doctors, dentists etc. to promote awareness & healthy habits
  • The entry to the school is manned by guards at all times. Entry & exit of all visitors is recorded
  • Nannies are appointed in all the washrooms on all floors. They are vigilant to all student movement in & out of the washrooms. In addition to this, there are lady guards present on all floors on corridor duties looking into & supervising student movement in the corridors
  • ID Cards are issued to all students
  • Visitor ID cards have also been issued for additional security
    Do you have a separate resource room in case of Medical Emergency? How are medical issues tackled?
  • There is a well-equipped Infirmary in the building with a nurse to attend to any emergency and give First Aid
  • The school has also tied-up with nearby hospital for any major injuries
    What are the qualifications of your teachers? Do they leave in the middle of the academic year?
  • We recruit only trained and certified teachers as per the policy of the education boards
  • Only in rare cases of transfers or medical issues do teachers leave in the middle of the academic year. In such an event, we ensure that a trained replacement is available before the teacher leaves.
    Do you have a teachers training programme in your school?
  • Yes, we have an internal training programme for teacher
  • Teachers also undergo subject related training as per the requirement of the board
  • The newly appointed teachers are groomed by the senior teachers to maintain quality teaching standards
    What is the age criteria for KGI?

As per the recently amended ministerial regulations, the child should have completed 4 years as on 31st March 2022. (DOB from 1/04/2017 to 31/03/2018. No exception will be accepted on the dates decided in this amendment.

    Will there be any interview?

We invite both parents and the child seeking admission to the school for an informal interactive session. It is more of a ‘getting to know you’ opportunity for both of us.

    Is the child required to do a PCR test?

No, the child seeking admission does not need to do a PCR test.

    When will the interactive sessions take place?

After completing the online enquiry form, you will receive a “Registration Confirmation” email. The following day, you will receive a call to confirm the date and time of the interactive session of your convenience from available days.

    Can the interactive session be rescheduled?

Yes, we do reschedule. Please write to admissions.sharjah@ryangroup.org requesting the same.

    Is it mandatory for a child to have gone to a nursery school?

No, it is not mandatory. But it is advisable to send your child to one to acquire social skills and develop a school routine.

    Do you have online classes or e-learning?

Ryan Group of Schools, even during the Covid-19 pandemic, have ensured the continuity of our students’ education. Not accepting a patchwork solution unsuitable for online teaching, we have introduced our breakthrough new Ryan Learning Management System, designed for a superior teaching-learning experience.

Ryan School OS is a complete learning management system combining the best of a physical classroom environment with the best in online education.

  • Passport Copy of the Student (First Page and the last page)
  • Valid Visa Page of the Student stamped in the Passport
  • Copy of Emirates Id of the Student (with minimum 6 months validity)
  • Copy of Immunization Record
  • Copy of Birth Certificate in English
  • Original TC (Except for KG 1)
  • (TC & the final Mark sheet should be attested from the Local Education Officer in India, Indian Consulate in Dubai and Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Sharjah)
  • Passport Size photographs – 2 (in white background)
  • Passport Copy, Valid Visa Page & Copy of Emirates Id of both the Parents
  • For students coming from India: Transfer Certificate and Results issued abroad (outside the UAE) must be attested by the District Education Officer in India, or relevant authority; Indian Consulate in Dubai and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Sharjah. KG1, KG2 & Grade 1 new admissions are required to submit the same if admitted after the 1st term.
  • For students coming from Gulf countries other than the UAE: The Transfer Certificate and Result should be attested by the Ministry of Education of that country, its embassy in the UAE and Ministry of Foreign Affairs Sharjah.
  • Students coming from within the UAE: Are required to submit the original Transfer Certificate / School Leaving Certificate(Arabic) of the school last attended, duly attested by the Ministry of Education and the Result of the previous Grade.
  • Direct admissions to Grades X & XII will not be given. Admissions are subject to availability of seats and the screening conducted in the school.

Admission Process

Welcome! To register a student in a Ryan International School using this online enquiry form, please be sure that you have all information at hand that is necessary to complete the form. This will include Passport and Visa information of the Student Applicant. Please note that enquiring online does not guarantee your child admission to the school you have applied to.



  • STEP 1:
    Click on the Enquiry Form The first screen of the online form requires you to select Enquire now, Parent mobile No., the DOB, the academic year, and grade from the menu options given.
  • STEP 2:
    The form then requires you to enter Student's as well as both the Parent’s passport, visa, emirates id and address details. It's important to fill in as many fields as you can so as to ensure proper communication between you and the school.
  • STEP 3:
    On completion, you will receive a “Registration Confirmation” email.

We understand when parents have to make the tough choice to move between cities or states owing to multiple reasons and the trouble that accompanies this decision, especially transferring their child to a new school.

With this in mind, Ryan Group offers parents and legal guardians, residing in India, the facility of Inter-Ryan transfer across our chain of schools. Our schools currently present across 40 locations in India offer various curricula, ensuring a seamless transfer, and a confirmed admission. The teaching faculty at Ryan Group of Schools have been trained for smooth integration of your child's academic records, follow a similar teaching-learning experience and maintain a comforting and growing environment across all our schools.

The Ryan Group currently has 135 Schools across India offering CBSE, ICSE, IGCSE, IB, and State Boards- Maharashtra & Gujarat.
To initiate a transfer process, parents or legal guardians are required to submit the following documents at their current school's administration office:
• Transfer Application duly signed by Principal
• Most recent exam results

Notes:
• All parents withdrawing their wards after the completion of academic year should submit the transfer application before the close of the academic year.
• Transfer certificate will be issued only after all dues of the current school are settled
• The policy is subject to change as per the decision of Management or intimation by Education Boards
