St. Xavier’s High School, Gupteshwar, conducted an inter-school Kabaddi competition on 3rd August 2019. The match was played between three teams of under 19 boys and under 15 girls of St. Xavier’s Gupteshwar, St. Xavier’s Shantinagar and Ryan International School. All the teams and players proved their mettle by displaying sportsmanship and healthy competition. St. Xavier’s Gupteshwar won the first runners up trophy against St. Xavier’s Shantinagar. Students participated with an eager willingness and the entire game was an enticing show of sportsmanship and the gaming spirit. The eagerness to participate in similar tournaments not only for the school but for the country was justified.
