I am Jaishree Sharma, mother of Aaradhya Vashishtha (Class XI - A) of Ryan International School, Adajan, Surat.
It is my son's immense luck and fortune to be the part of Ryan Institute where he grows. The entire faculty and department leaves no stone unturned to shape any student's future. The reason behind my son's brilliant result in Class Xth board exam is also the efforts put in by the faculty of school.
My son's education at Ryan has been a wonderful experience of learning with prolific exposure to outside. Huge respect for the entire faculty member and department.
Ryan has been a great contributor to the development of my son's personality. He has developed leadership skills, time management and team skills. He has also been able to advance these skills to the whole new augment level by various opportunities provided to him such as to be the esteemed member of the school's Cabinet Minister. The ministry of foreign affairs helped my son to excel his communication skills as well as have more confidence by being the representative of the Ryan Institute.
The institution did not just only helped the students excel in educational level but also in co curricular activities like "Young Director" which supported in students passion of photography.
Even in this situation of crises and pandemic Ryan institution has bounced back by providing us quality education on E-Learning platforms. The teachers never rest until they provide us proper education to keep up on the name of Ryan Institution. They have put a lot of effort into updating themselves with the technology to provide us with the best educational levels in this pandemic situation of Covid 19.
The infrastructure of Ryan is one the finest in the educational institution is what stands out the most. The best thing about this institution is the cross-cultural interaction between students from various parts of India. The teachers here make the institution what it is today. With an attitude of being ever ready to help and not only delivering teaching but also the pillar of the learning gained from this esteemed institution and this is a treasure for life.
My teaching experience has given me an opportunity to pass on the treasure of knowledge and culture of fun learning and fun pedagogy, handed over to my colleagues. Nurturing a young mind has evolved me as a better teacher and a continuous learner. I have been working full time with Ryan International School CBSE Adajan Surat, since 2009. Over a decade I have been working with this school. I have done my graduation in English (Honors) and proceeded to complete my higher studies in BBA and MBA. Presently I am working as a Section Head (Secondary). The opportunity I have got at Ryan has been highly instrumental in evolving me as a better person and teacher. Spending good quality time with students and learning various insights are the highlights of my job. The teaching profession is all about how you make the task interesting, and the Ryan International Management allows us to make our job fascinating in the company of students and teachers. In this situation of pandemic, Ryan International School has started with the process of E-Learning, which gave us a very unique challenge, a challenge through digital transformation overnight. Providing a balance of learning experiences. Making learning accessible to all children. Ensuring consistent and progressive approach through the school. Monitoring all the students minutely. Support emotional balance by providing ample room and time for reflection, physical activity, conversation and play. Ryan International Group is making all efforts to ensure that our student learning continues despite the challenging times, with lots of enthusiasm. Working with this institution I learnt time work brings great reward. Teamwork is a major and valuable skill taught which provides an opportunity for teachers and children to work together and achieve our goal. As a teacher I started believing in “self-belief”, trusting in my own instinct, setting goals and reaching the goals without personal compromise. Ryan International School gave me an opportunity to try my educational theories into practice. I have got multiple opportunities and am able to work with the student – teacher in a collaborative manner. I am grateful to our Chairman Sir Dr. A.F. Pinto and Managing Director Madam Grace Pinto for choosing me, as a teacher in this institution.
I am very thankful to this institution for giving me an opportunity to educate our next generation so that they can have a bright future ahead. I feel very good and proud working here with such co-operative and understanding colleagues and also students. I am also very thankful to our respected principal for giving me a lot of opportunities to learn from different events and from all the work he asked me to take charge like exam coordinator, deputy superintendent for various entrance exams etc. E-learning, in its broadest sense, is the use of networked information technologies in education. E-learning is also called web based learning, online learning or Internet based learning. In today's situation E-learning has become a part of daily lives of many students. It also has some advantages like E-learning is not bound to time and classroom attendance – students and teachers may be at different locations at different times. But India still believes in the old tradition of classroom teaching as most convenient for better understanding. Being a teacher, I feel most comfortable teaching in the classroom while students in front of me are listening. It makes it easy for me to have a look at them and also realize how attentive they are in my lectures. Being a teacher, I consider my institution as one of the best because we have a unique system that allows students to make their way to a better future. We have a community of respect and love for everyone no matter how they are or from where they belong. Students are also provided with best facilities including e-learning etc. Morning assemblies and praising lord is also a very good way to lead students towards peaceful minds and keep them devoted towards their parents, teachers and lord. Many activities are also arranged so that students can explore their talents in different fields besides studies. By arranging different types of interactive sessions, it also helps in personality development of students. There is a myth that only students learn from schools and institutions. I, as a teacher have learned a lot from this institution like management skills, time management, exam handling, teachers management, parents handling (solving issues and listening to their problems attentively) and also increased my grip towards my subject, mathematics. Students here made me a good teacher and also taught me a lot in my teaching career.
I have been in this profession of teaching for about ten years. Every time I am going to teach a class as a part of this noble profession I am also learning. I used to consistently try to represent, interpret and summarize the whole concept which I used to teach in a specific period of time assigned to me. I must say I really enjoyed this experience and learned a lot from my principal, supervisors and other teachers. Everyday was different- a new day, a new goal, a new concept to teach and a new method of teaching and I did not face any difficulty as my principal, supervisors were continuously guiding and training us on each and every matter with a smile on their face. It was a blessing from the Almighty Lord to get an opportunity to work in this prestigious institution. Ryan International School is one of the institutions which believes in expanding knowledge, skills, attitude, moral and social values and nurturing students beyond global boundaries. There are many things which I have learned from this prestigious institution – be prepared to meet different personalities- activity based teaching-update yourself-present the subject matter in different ways so both the bright and slow learners can grasp it. Through Online teaching, I’ve learned a lot about the usage of online resources, becoming familiar with new technology, different ways to represent new information, flexibility of time, easy to access, research project work, sharing worksheets and many more.I feel very proud and honored to work with such a prestigious institution.
It has been an immense pleasure and deep sense of being privileged working as faculty with India’s leading schooling institution ‘RYAN AND SAINT XAVIER’S ‘group of institutions. I always found Ryan Institution as a big platform for enhancing and expanding the level of personal ability and performance too at personal level precisely in sharpening the ability as a teacher.
My experience of E-learning is it is the most competent platform for teaching with multimedia assistance. It gives any kind of teaching most effective and worthy due to having scope of multi utility props and tools applications in the course of making subjective teaching easy and effective.

It educates me how I can achieve the goal of all round individual development. It provides me social recognition and dignity. It helps me to strengthen the future of the nation through contributing in the process of preparing multi professionals for the nation. Working as a school teacher with RYAN GROUP OF INSTITUTION for 9 years my personal learning outcomes are: I learned the actual role of a teacher in the prospect of society and nation. Institution taught me how to justify my social role as a teacher more effectively and convincingly. It teaches me the actual meaning of all life values in their real sense than what was taught in university to me. The Ryan family teaches me how to contribute with the best possible in personal capacity for the upliftment of society and a great nation.
The experience of teaching at Ryan International School has been enriching and fruitful. The dynamic nature of the institution has helped me grow personally as well as professionally.
