I, father of Krish Aggarwal of class IX D and Ansh Aggarwal of class XII A, am sincerely thankful to Ryan International School, Mayur Vihar for providing quality education and focusing on my children’s all-round development. The school has been doing its best by striving towards excellence for all its students. The school puts in remarkable efforts to find the embedded talents of the students, and provides a plethora of platforms for students to showcase and explore their talents with proper guidance. I am also happy with the advancement this school has made in academics, sports and social skills. The combination of the teaching methodologies, outstanding teachers and great mentors make Ryan International School an ideal place to nurture young minds and foster creativity in the best possible fashion. I really appreciate the efforts made by the teachers to constantly motivate, support and encourage every student to properly achieve their dreams about interests, goals and talents. The various national and international events provide a great exposure and a healthy competition as well. Also, the clubs coordinated by the school like MUN, ATL etc. enable children to hone their skills, and win the greatest laurels and recognition. I truly wish the school continues its journey towards achieving excellence in education and all-round development.
It has been a growth of 24 years at Ryan’s for me as an educator and section head. This journey of my teaching experience has left a trail of learning by imbibing values and acting upon them properly. The young minds at work, ignited by the thirst of enhancing the skills is a pleasure for myself as it truly defines interaction. The hundreds of budding personalities imbibe ideals, and their resources and talents are truly phenomenal. These little neophytes of intelligence truly overwhelm us with their enthusiasm and enterprise. Each child inspires and motivates us to keep up with the innovative teaching pedagogy and become better compassionate facilitators.

My journey at Ryan’s, which is well into its 27th year, has been wholesome and quite liberating. It has helped me evolve as a person as I got a chance to wear multiple hats, and not just become a facilitator of knowledge- I’ve also become a learner myself. Ryan has given me a huge platform to not just grow as a professional, but also as a person. The new ideas, new learning strategies and innovative processes have all added to my growth and helped me to mentor hundreds of children across the years. The cohesive environment of the school has always helped me in broadening the horizons for the students. It has brought focus and discipline in everyone’s life, especially those who are associated with the school. My appreciation towards the staff, as well as the student body is endless. Ryan International School, Mayur Vihar, has provided everyone with ample opportunities to learn, expand and grow.
It has been a blessing and immense pleasure for me to have had this great opportunity of participating as a faculty member in this esteemed institution. I have grown here truly, both as a professional and as a human being under the mentorship of our Chairman Sir and Managing Director Madam. With a former experience of 9 years into teaching, my initiation into Ryan philosophy and methodology of teaching-learning process has helped me greatly to grow as a teacher. Here, I have learnt the merit of being a life-long learner to guide the students in their respective journeys of lives.
Being a teacher at Ryan International School, Mayur Vihar, has been a truly empowering experience. Eight years at Ryan with an extremely positive set of people around has been unique and special. Ryan International School, Mayur Vihar is an amazing organisation that makes educators feel equipped in their efforts to nurture young minds. It feels great to be associated with an institution that takes meaningful steps towards realising proper goals of life for everyone. Respected Chairman Sir Dr. A. F. Pinto's vision and philosophy into action and reality has been a success, and will continue to be so. It is an honour to work in this institution that aims at 'excellence and all round development' of not only the students but also its teachers. I have been teaching at Ryan International School, Mayur Vihar since 1995. From the day one itself it had been a great learning experience. In my first month of joining itself I had an opportunity to be a part of school annual function. It was an amazing experience where I learnt how a big function can be organized so efficiently and flawlessly. Since then after so many years and attending various events at Ryan's has helped me to grow as a person and as an educator. At Ryan's students are prepared for World outside with co-curricular and extra-curricular activities round the year. Not only students from time to time school organizes orientation programs for teachers also which help us to remain updated in our field and enhance our skills. I believe at Ryan's in my journey as an educator not only I have taught so many batches I too have learnt so many skills, with the responsibilities shared with my colleagues.
One of the responsibility of being ATL In-charge helped me in making innovative ideas of students changing into prototypes and a working models. We organized numerous events in school ATL where our school students and students from non ATL schools in vicinity learnt to work on innovative ideas and learnt new technology. With this duty I had privilege to attend professional development programs for which I am grateful to the school such wonderful learning experiences. And this journey continues.
The best decision I ever made in my life was to join Ryan International School, Mayur Vihar as a faculty. In the year 1996, I joined this school as a fresh graduate without any experience and today, I proudly stand as a strong academician and educator with an enriching experience and expertise of 25+ years in the field of Information Technology. All Thanks to this organization which not only takes care of the students and parents but also its faculty. I have grown with Ryans. I have evolved with Ryans. I have matured with Ryans. I have been given all opportunities to enhance and update my knowledge, to grow as a person and to learn to nurture myself through innumerable workshops and seminars that I have attended here. I have had the opportunities to gain exposure to various teaching and leadership roles. The working atmosphere here is very positive and proactive, and it fosters a spirit of cooperation among all teaching and non-teaching staff. The plethora of activities, hobby clubs, field trips, international visits, the learner centred, student friendly approach in this school are means to reconnoitre beyond the realms of the curriculum. No words are enough to express my gratitude to this organization. I am truly honoured to be part of this team.
