The students of Grade X of Ryan International School, Bannerghatta were given an opportunity to gain practical exposure through an Internship Programme at a garment factory. The visit aimed at bridging the gap between classroom learning and real-life application. Students observed various stages of garment production such as designing, cutting, stitching, quality control, packaging, and distribution. They also interacted with the factory staff, who explained the functioning of different machines and the importance of teamwork, time management, and precision in the garment industry.
