Ms.I.Edwin Fernando joined the Ryan group of Institution as a teacher in 2007, as the primary teacher of Ryan International School Sanpada. Her honesty, hard work, and dedication have raised her to the position of Principal in Ryan Christian School Vashi in the year 2018. She has completed her B.Sc. from Ruia College. She has also acquired her B.Ed. degree and keeps on upgrading her. She has also upgraded his education by attending various lectures and seminars from time to time. These seminars include In-Service Teacher Training Workshops for teaching Mathematics, Science, and Seminars on value-based education, Vocational guidance, and computer-aided teaching. She has an additional degree in Multiple Intelligence from Harvard University.
Before joining Ryan, she has worked in different areas of education. She has owned her classes for 5years, then worked as a proofreader and education coordinator for educational books in Holy faith publication. She is educationally enlightened, technologically savvy, and open to pedagogical changes to create a positive and challenging learning environment. She has a dynamic and versatile personality and is an ebullient source of energy to the people around her. She is well equipped with managerial skills on the one hand and leadership qualities on the other. With her convincing conversation, striking persona, and enchanting presence.
