Ms. Tripti Roy

Ms. Tripti Roy is dedicated to inculcating values alongside the academic development of students, with over 8 years of teaching experience. She firmly believes that every child is born with unique potential that needs to be carefully nurtured and developed according to their individual abilities.

She emphasizes the importance of instilling qualities such as humility, respect, confidence, truthfulness, selflessness, compassion, empathy, responsibility, determination, perseverance, and patience ,essential traits for shaping students into responsible individuals and future leaders.

Ms. Roy is always ready to support and guide students as well as colleagues, helping them recognize and explore their true potential for remarkable achievements. She believes that true leadership lies in standing beside others during challenging times, offering solutions rather than focusing on shortcomings.

Her vision is to empower students to become strong, confident personalities who can emerge victorious in all walks of life.

She draws inspiration from the vision of respected Chairman Sir Dr. A. F. Pinto and considers the motivation of Managing Director Madam Dr. Grace Pinto as a guiding force for all members of the Ryan and Xavier’s group of institutions.
