I feel honoured being a teacher at Ryan International School, Noida as I have been chosen to influence the lives of so many students. Since joining this prestigious institution in 1994, dealing with students has brought countless beautiful moments each day in my life. As I pen down my association with Ryan Noida, it draws out the great treasure of learning at every step. This journey of 15 years is woven into my transformation as an individual. The foremost possession of seeking the blessings of the Divine every morning during the morning assembly & every afternoon during school leaving prayer has awakened me to my mission as an educator.Plethora of activities & Events every month in succession have given me great opportunity to learn and grow. The school's ideology based on Chairman Sir's vision & Managing Director Madam's Riches are customized manuals for me to plan & execute the school responsibilities and enhance individual character at large .As a sectional Incharge , the school has empowered me with versatile opportunities in academics, co-curricular activities and administrative tasks.

I joined Ryan Noida on April 13,1998 and my journey since then has been immensely fulfilling and strengthening.Under the able guidance of our Chairman Dr A.F. Pinto and Managing Director Dr Grace Pinto, innovative methods of teaching are adopted in Ryan to enable the students to use their best in everything they do.We have learnt to be passionate and dedicated to the pupils' welfare in all our pursuits. As the teacher Editor of "Resonance" the annual school magazine, I have seen students expressing their opinions emphatically and powerfully. A cherishable aspect of the school is the opportunity given to each student to speak in the morning assembly. As an English teacher I have seen vocabulary augmentation and language enhancement of students through platforms like Indian Model United Nations and theatre fests. The important thing is the confidence that the day to day activities have brought about in me as a teacher and as an individual. The power to face challenges and the support from our strong and dedicated Principal Ma’am has helped me to develop strong work ethics and motivated me to give my best to the students. All teachers in the institution are empowered to take initiative and make decisions with opportunities to enrich their educational experience and nurture their talents as we give a lot of importance to co-curricular activities.This esteemed institution is a place where I feel good to learn in and grow in as a senior supervisor and a teacher.

I have completed my 12 years in this esteemed organisation and it proved to be a great learning, enriching and joyful journey. I love my job because of the autonomy and great degree of control in my respective arena. I have learnt a lot under the dynamic charisma of my mentor, my school Principal, Mrs. Sumita Mukherjee, who gave me every chance to innovate and take up new challenges as and when required, thus giving my career a holistic development.

The school has made students future-ready by inculcating goal-setting skills and people-skills in them. Students are told that it is okay to lose a race, get scolded, spill milk and to cry when hurt. Sunita Rajesh I joined the Ryan Group of institution in 2008. Since then, each day I have spent here has added new pages to my life which are filled with new learning experiences.
