Mrs. Sneha Paulsudhakar Jetti is a passionate and dedicated educationist committed to nurturing students through holistic and value-based education. She strongly believes that in every child there is a world waiting to be explored, and with the right encouragement and opportunities, each student can grow into a confident, responsible, and compassionate individual.
She began her journey with the institution in 2018 as a Class XI teacher and was soon entrusted with the responsibility of Coordinator for Classes XI & XII in 2019. With her strong leadership abilities and commitment to academic excellence, she further served as the Secondary Section Head from 2022 for four years. In 2025, she assumed the esteemed responsibility of Headmistress, continuing her mission of strengthening the school’s vision of quality education and character building.
In recognition of her sincere dedication and contribution to the field of education, Mrs. Jetti was honoured with the Ideal Teacher Award by Lokmat Times, Nagpur in 2023. She was also awarded the “Super 30 Inspirational Educators Award, Nagpur” in 2026 by MIMAMSA for her commitment to inspiring and guiding the younger generation towards excellence.
Since its inception, St. Xavier’s High School, Hiwri Branch has continuously endeavoured to transcend learning beyond boundaries. Under her guidance, the school remains devoted to nurturing students to grow with strong mindsets, maturity, kindness, and intelligence—young individuals who are original in their ideas and confident in their decisions.
