Investiture Ceremony - Mont 1 to Grade 7

An investiture ceremony is a grand occasion that symbolizes the passing of power and responsibilities to the Student Council to integrate them into the school functioning and infuse in them a sense of belongingness to the institution.Students from Mont III and grades VI and VII were selected as the student council members through a series of selection process including a briefing session, filing of nomination papers, addressing the students about their vision, and interaction with the selection committee. The newly constituted student council members were bestowed with new responsibilities and duties on 17 June 2023 through a formal Investiture Ceremony. The Chief Guest, a retired Army Colonel, Ram Kumar Singh and the Guest of Honour, Ms. Aparna Singh, an Educationist, graced the ceremony. Four parents were also invited as special guests for the occasion, aligned with the visions of Leadership, Human Resource, Art and Entrepreneurship in focus. The event started with prayer and worship songs invoking the blessings of the Almighty. The well-orchestrated programme covered plantation by the guests, the welcome speeches, welcome song, patriotic song, a speech on conserving environment, and the swearing in ceremony of the Student Council who took oath to serve the school with all integrity and a sense of commitment. The ASE awards were also given away to Grade V students of 2022-23, Kanak( Star Achiever )for scoring more than 90 % in all three terms in Marathi and Aarav Singh ( Super Star) for showing improvement in academics. The Chief Guest in his address appreciated the event, which he stated was conducted in the Fauji style and guided the students to work as soldiers for the school with a deep sense of discipline, responsibility, and conviction. At the end of the programme, the student council members planted the saplings as a mark of protecting the environment
