The school has good facilities like Computer Lab and Science Lab. The teachers are encouraging and they teach very well. The discipline is maintained and extra- curricular activities are done by the children every month.
I have been working as an Assistant teacher from last 9 years in this esteemed organization, and 5 years at Ryan International School, Ojhar. I am privileged to get updated and trained from time to time and got an opportunity to become Section Head. I extend my gratitude to our beloved Chairman Sir Dr. A F Pinto and Director Madam Dr. Grace Pinto for giving me an opportunity to be a part of Ryan Group. I got the platform to explore myself more as a teacher and try to impart the best knowledge with 21 st century skills.
Being a Ryan Teacher is a different experience than anyone can ever have. While I just started working Ryan International School, I have never felt so motivated and empowered to teach. I have been supported and motivated in my efforts to educate students. I feel honored to work with such professional and positive people. I feel at home amongst the staff at Ryan International School, Ojhar. From my first year, I never felt unsupported or alone. There was always a guiding hand on the back of our Principal.
Working at Ryan International School, Ojhar has given me the opportunity to evolve me as a better person and teacher. Learning various insights is the highlight of doing a job here. Working at Ryan International School, Ojhar helped me to plan lessons and prepare teaching materials in a creative way, set up the classroom, organize, displays and resources, assess children, update me. The school helped me to enhance the professional knowledge and practice in order to progress the quality of learning and teaching. The best thing I learned as being a teacher are management of handling students with patience and persistence, mold and nourish the children for their future by new teaching techniques.
Working at Ryan International School, Ojhar has helped me to explore my abilities as an educator. It has developed more patience and understanding in me. I got the opportunity to meet various people who have excelled in various fields through interactive sessions and seminars. I learned that today’s world is developing very fast. So, we should keep our knowledge updated and introduce it to our students. Various occasions and celebrations help us to learn and enjoy the moment. Grand events like Ryan ICF allowed me to meet various prodigies from the International platform and allowed me to grow more. It helped us to understand what more abilities we can inculcate in our students.
