Yoga Day

Date : 21 June, 2024 "Yoga is the artwork of awareness on the canvas of body, mind, and soul.” Ryan International School, CBSE, Kandivali celebrated the International Yoga Day for classes Montessori to STD 12. The PT teacher along with class teachers guided the students with different Yoga Poses. They taught different kinds of stretching exercises, warmups, uses of Mudras, Asanas, Surya Namaskar, Meditation practice etc.
