Ryan International School, Kulai, Mangalore successfully hosted RISMUN 2026. The conference provided a vibrant platform for young delegates to engage in meaningful discussions on pressing global issues.
A total of 76 delegates participated in the conference, guided by an efficient Executive Body comprising 7 members. The event featured two committees, each addressing contemporary and relevant agendas.
The United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC) deliberated on the agenda “Freedom of Speech in the Digital Age: Ensuring Expression without Incitement.” Delegates actively debated the balance between free expression and responsible digital conduct, presenting well-researched viewpoints and practical solutions.
The World Health Organization (WHO) committee discussed “Addressing the Rise of Lifestyle Diseases among Adolescents: Combating Obesity, Stress, and Screen Addiction.” The sessions highlighted the growing health challenges faced by adolescents and emphasized preventive strategies, awareness, and policy-driven approaches.
