As part of the International Coastal Cleanup Day 2025, held on September 20 and organized by the Indian Coast Guard Headquarters (Karnataka), students and teachers of Ryan International School, Kulai, Mangaluru, actively participated in the event with great enthusiasm and commitment.
The program aimed to create awareness about marine pollution, coastal cleanliness, and the importance of protecting our oceans for future generations. Adding a creative touch to the initiative, the students presented an engaging skit titled Superhero Cleanup Drive. Through their performance, the students delivered a powerful message that cleanliness is a shared responsibility and that small actions can lead to big changes. The skit and a soulful song also emphasized the harmful effects of plastic waste and pollution on marine life, urging everyone to adopt eco-friendly practices.
The event served as a valuable learning experience, fostering a sense of environmental stewardship and community spirit among the young participants. The performance concluded with the inspiring slogan: Keep it clean, keep it bright; clean beaches = Earth’s delight.
