Under the supreme guidance of our Respected Chairman Sir Dr. A. F. Pinto and Managing Director Dr. Grace Pinto, Ryan International School, Kulai, Mangalore, organised the Annual Sports Meet 2025-26 for Grade 3 to Grade 10 on 29th November 2025 with great enthusiasm and vibrant spirit. The occasion was graced by the respected Chief Guest —Dr. Hem Prasad Nath, Senior Student Activity & Sports Officer, National Institute of Technology Karnataka (NITK), Surathkal, and Guest of Honour, Mr. Bhakshith Salian, Athletics Coach - Khelo India Centre, Mangalore. The School Principal Mrs. Vaijayanthi Hegde, Section Heads Ms. Sumitra Rai, Ms. Sandhya Shetty and the School Cabinet warmly welcomed the dignitaries followed by the Pinning of the Badges.
The programme commenced by invoking the Lord’s blessings through the Lord’s Prayer, followed by a Bible Reading and a Special Prayer. The School Choir then presented a melodious Praise and Worship song, setting a serene and inspiring tone for the day.
The guests were welcomed in three different languages, showcasing the cultural diversity of our school. They were felicitated with respect and gratitude for accepting our invitation.
The much-awaited March Past by the four houses — Newton, Raman, Aryabhatta, and Einstein — added colour and discipline to the ceremony. Following this, the School Flag was ceremoniously hoisted by the Chief Guest and Guest of Honour.
The Sports Captain then stepped forward to administer the Oath, reaffirming the spirit of true sportsmanship. The proud entry of the torchbearers, carrying the Olympic flame created a moment of pride and excitement and the official declaration of the Sports Meet set the tone for the competitions ahead.
