The 79th Independence Day was celebrated with great zeal and patriotic fervour at Ryan International School, Kulai. The programme commenced at 9:00 a.m. with the unfurling of the National Flag by the Chief Guest, Assistant Commandant Ms. Priya of the Indian Coast Guard, accompanied by the Guest of Honour, Retired Soldier Havildar Lancey Menda, a proud Kargil war hero. The school echoed with the strains of the National Anthem, filling every heart with pride. The celebration featured a vibrant cultural programme showcasing the students’ patriotic spirit. Highlights included a beautifully choreographed patriotic dance, a confident and passionate patriotic speech, and a soulful patriotic song that stirred emotions and evoked the spirit of nationalism.
