When do admissions begin?

What are the grades for which admission can be sought?

Admission is available from Montessori I to Grade VIII. It is recommended that you visit the campus to know if the seats are available for the grade you are enquiring for.

How can I register my ward’s name for admission?

Application forms can be obtained from the school’s campus or parents can log into the school website to fill out the enquiry form. Filled in application form with the registration fee, admission fee and photocopy of all the documents mentioned in the application form should be submitted for admission.

What are the eligibility criteria for admission into Ryan International Academy?

Ryan International Academy would welcome enquiries from parents in India and NRIs. The students have to meet the minimum age criteria as directed by the state government.

When does the academic session start at Ryan International Academy?

The school will re-open on the first Monday of April every year. The academic year continues upto March in the subsequent year. There will be a mid-term vacation of about 1 week during Dussehra/Diwali & 1 week during Christmas. The academic year will conclude in the month of March.

What is provisional admission?

An admission is deemed as provisional till such time that all the relevant documents are submitted and verified by the school along with the necessary fee(s). The school reserves the right to cancel any registration in case the deemed process is not followed. The admission in all cases is subject to seat availability in the relevant grade and subject to the purview of the school.

What documents are required for admission?

Application Form: Completed application form
Registration fee: A non-refundable Demand Draft / Cheque / Card / NEFT Payment to be made to the School Bank Account.
Birth Certificate: A copy of the original Birth Certificate
Recent photographs: 4 copies of passport size colour photographs
School Reports: Copies of the previous year and current year report card(s).
Transfer Certificate: T.C. to be submitted for all grades

How do I report for admission?

Students accompanied by parents or guardians are to report on the day notified by the school. All the original & photocopies of the documents mentioned earlier are to be submitted at the admission/admin office prior to the opening day.

School Timings Montessori I to Montessori III: 9.00 am to 12.00 pm Grade I to Grade VIII: 9.00 am to 3.00 pm

What is the student-teacher ratio?

Ryan International Academy is one of the best and most highly accomplished institutions with proven abilities. A small class size ensures that our teachers are able to provide time and adequate attention to their students. The student-teacher ratio for Mont 1-Mont 3 is 24:1 and for Grade 1 onwards is 30:1.

Does the school have a uniform?

The school has a prescribed dress code to instill a sense of belonging, and camaraderie among fellow students. In addition, the uniform would induce a feeling of pride and appropriateness. The school will provide a set of regular uniforms & sports uniforms for daily use and an attractive formal dress for public and ceremonial occasions. These uniforms are designed for comfort, elegance and utility.
